Recruitment Agency Policy

We frequently have vacancies available across the different business teams. We do receive some applications direct, however as we like to make sure we are recruiting the right people we also use a small number of selected Recruitment Agencies who understand our company needs and provide us with high quality candidates. These agencies are on our Preferred Supplier List and we contact them when we are recruiting.

As you can appreciate we are very busy making sure we are helping customers to find the best insurance deals for their business and therefore we do not take cold calls from Recruitment Consultants. We do however review our Preferred Supplier List quarterly so if you would like to be considered please email jobs@thebusinessoctopus.co.uk with some information about your company.
