On the rare occasion that we cannot give you a quote immediately because more complex insurance is required, our insurance specialists will establish further facts about your business and then liaise direct with insurers to find the most suitable policies. This process can take between 24-48 hours and our insurance specialist will then contact you to go through the options available.

Your insurance documents will then be created and sent to you via email which will include your, Cerificate of Insurance*, Statement of Fact, Policy Schedule, Key facts of your policy and full policy documents. Please also add us to your contacts list so that any future correspondence from The Business Octopus does not end up in your spam folders.
During the life time of your business insurance with us, we have Customer Service Advisors who will be available to answer any further questions or deal with any changes to your insurance. Flexible mid-term adjustments are available and our team of advisors can be contacted on 0161 968 2060.
